WTD- Talisman was created by Michael Barnes
Anyone have a copy of Talisman (4th Ed. and up) they want to part with? Recent talk here has me wanting to try it with my kids…I sold all my stuff for big bucks a few years ago back when the Talisman end times hit and everyone was panic buying.. really don’t want to pay a bunch of money for it. Also want to get ahold of City, Dungeon; and Reaper so I’m not averse to a bundle. LMK your price.

I've got one of the Black Industries versions, just the base game I'm willing to part with.
EDIT: Sorry, I guess this is 2nd or 3rd edition. If you don't have any luck with a 4th let me know.

Yeah, that doesn’t work with the expansions unfortunately, there was some kind of upgrade kit back when FFG picked I up but that’s long gone. Thanks for the free though!

If I'm not mistaken, the end times are here again for Talisman. I think the publisher announced they ain't making anymore, so start panic buying now.

I think I’m just going to cash out this gift card on it- but if the end times are here again you might be able to make a good bit on it. Some of the stuff is already scalper prices…there is still inventory but it’s low everywhere. A couple of the smalls might be gone for good.

I've dragged my giant plastic tub of Talisman 4e with every expansion to two different countries. I'm disappointed that MB isn't enough of a true believer to show the same devotion to Talisman.

The Harbinger and the Cataclysm are legitimately good expansions. They tend to only play well when they are by themselves, but they really make the game feel like it's in a new direction. Definitely worth the trouble.
Man, our games are in the process of getting shipped to Nairobi, and when they get here I think a big ol' game of Talisman is in order.

I always thought the cataclysm looked cool, but I'm happy with my 2E set sans Dragons. The art is so dumb, I could never get into a more serious looking Talisman. Plus it's got Timescape so yknow, space Marines...
