Yes indeed. It is almost a 1:1 reprint except for the setting, miniatures, and artwork. They changed almost nothing. Which is totally fine, because the game is among the best.

I need to keep my eyes open for Combat Arena. That sounds like just the kind of GW game I'd like to get, since Gorechosen was always a little grim for my tastes.

I haven't played Gorechosen, but I'm still happier with the 40k theme on Combat Arena, even though it's "forced" (the fluff says it's an in-flight training sim to explain why allied models are fighting). The simple fact is that it makes the models and the decks and the characters and thus the narrative that much more varied and interesting.
Dreadfane is an odd beast: I'm not sure what the market for it is, since Underworlds is hardly all that complex as it is. I've also read complaints that it's not as "compatible" with the core set as it ought to be in terms of edge cases and power balance.
That said I'm lucky to have got these at all, since they're not UK market products. While I can understand the B&N exclusivity for the US market, I remain totally baffled how and why GW haven't retained the rights for the rest of the world. The number of international customers who've ordered from B&N must be minimal, so this really seems like a loose-loose scenario for everyone involved.
Don't see it being reveresed any time soon, either: we've been waiting long enough for Blitz Bowl with nary a peep.

B&N was recently purchased by the parent company of Waterstones, and now the same person is the CEO of both chains. I wonder how that will impact the B&N exclusives. Will they be B&N and Waterstones exclusives?

A friend is a manager at a B&N. They have *no* idea what is going to happen with the new purchase. Apparently the overhaul of waterstones was super successful and it put power back in local managers hands but they don't know if they will do it w/B&N.
