Why oh why can’t someone make something based on 70s Batman. Tired of the post-post-post DKR Hot Topic grittiness.
At least they didn’t go with the birthday party plate/dollar store puzzle artwork.

Still not buying it because I don't give a shit, but I'm not surprised. Villains gathering stuff and henchmen makes way more sense than Bat-family. They also can compete without feeling stupid about it. (well, more stupid than playing a Talisman clone, anyway)

I’d take a return to the Hush era at this point.
I’ve been saying since the Nolan trilogy ended that the only smart move to make once they inevitably started a new film series is to finally portray him as The World’s Greatest Detective. Something very inspired by the Englehart era, set in the 70s though I know that’s too much to ask. It’s one of my most favorite eras in the character’s history, and it boggles my mind how it’s been overlooked in film for so long. We went from gadget Batman to another gadget Batman to extreme DKR Batman taken out of context.
And can we finally stop making him out to be such an isolationist? He’s really not, and it would allow you to pick from a wider range of stories.

This sounds like exactly the Batman game I've been waiting for. The Monolith one is too big, Gotham City Under Siege sounds too dull - a more action based game sounds perfect.

OK, that just killed it for me. Worst versions of the characters ever.
