Thanks! It was another one of those quandaries where it's obvious that the game is lacking something, but it isn't a BAD game, per se.

Yeah, good review. I actually think this sounds pretty appealing, though that might be because I'm at a point in my life where my primary opponent is my 13-year-old, and this seems like our jam. But beyond that, the constrained amount of card play and the short playtime sounds like something we might actually be into for family play.

I am a continual violator of Orwell's assertion that the best words are simple words. I like exercising the language too much.

When I first moved in with my girlfriend and her kids, we used to have those occasionally, before they finally gave up and just accepted that, if I was using it, it was a real word. It reminded me of the Scrabble episode of Family Ties ("After I zoquo, I like to uushnu.")

Have been told that Atlas won't be posting this review to their social media because the title makes it sound like it's a negative review. Told them that that is not my problem and they're free to promote or not as they see fit.
